Job summary

Develocraft sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for software, .NET, and cloud roles. This hybrid position offers collaboration with an international HR team and a focus on delivering excellent candidate experiences.

You will partner with hiring managers, source across channels, conduct screenings, and manage scheduling to ensure timely feedback and smooth communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (IT: software, .NET, cloud).

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (mainly IT roles: software, .NET, cloud)


• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies


• Source and engage candidates via multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, direct search, networking)


• Conduct initial screenings and interviews


• Coordinate the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, ensuring timely feedback, and smooth communication


• Manage ATS systems and provide recruitment data insights


• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process


• Support employer branding initiatives


• 4 years of experience in IT recruitment


• Experience working in an international or global environment


• Fluent English (C1) – used daily in communication


• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously


• Experience recruiting IT profiles (especially .NET, cloud)


• Knowledge of the EMEA market


• Salary: 9,000 – 11,000 PLN gross/month (employment contract)
