Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Proposal Manager to independently oversee standard customer proposals and RFP responses, from intake through submission. This role ensures timely, compliant submissions aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.

You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject-matter experts, manage timelines and quality assurance, and maintain proposal records while communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.

• Content Assembly & Compliance: Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.

• Tools & Documentation: Use proposal management tools and maintain accurate records and status updates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with Sales on requirements, timelines, and expectations; provide proactive updates.

The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses. This role owns proposal execution within established frameworks, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.

The Proposal Manager exercises judgment within defined guidelines and escalates complex or non-standard issues as needed.

Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Proposal Execution

• Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject-matter experts.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.

2. Content Assembly & Compliance

• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
• Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Identify gaps or risks and elevate appropriately.

3. Process & Quality Management

• Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
• Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.

4. Tools & Documentation

• Use proposal management and document tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Partner with Sales on proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.
