Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Proposals & Contracts Process Lead to drive global standards, governance and capability across clinical development. You will partner with diverse teams to deliver budgets, change orders and strategic proposals for clients and vendors.

Joining a mid-sized global CRO, you will lead training, governance, and process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across regions to ensure high-quality commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial ops within a CRO.
• Experience building global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and process improvements.
• Experience budgeting, proposals, contracts and change orders for clients/vendors.
• Experience supporting proposals in Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
• Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
• Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.
