Job summary

SPOC, a ServiceNow partner, seeks a Program Manager to bridge presales, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination. You will shape proposals, coordinate delivery plans, validate estimates, and ensure successful execution with customers, sales teams, consultants, and architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project, program, delivery, or consulting roles, including software development or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities with sales teams, architects, consultants, and product leads; drive proposal preparation from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate creation of project proposals, delivery plans, roadmaps, and statements of work.
• Build and manage project backlogs, timelines, resource plans, and delivery assumptions; review estimates for feasibility.
• Coordinate customer workshops, discovery sessions, and initiation activities; manage day-to-day communications.
• Ensure alignment of customer expectations with commercial commitments and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and lead project execution, delegation, and governance.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and dependencies; drive mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support business growth and customer success.
• Continuously improve presales and delivery processes through automation and AI-powered tooling.
