Job summary

Novotech in Warsaw, Poland seeks a skilled Proposal Manager to independently drive end-to-end proposals and RFP responses. You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely, compliant submissions that meet customer requirements.

In this role you will apply standard proposal processes, assemble content with approved templates, and flag gaps or risks for escalation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.

About the role:

The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses. This role owns proposal execution within established frameworks, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.

The Proposal Manager exercises judgment within defined guidelines and escalates complex or non-standard issues as needed.

1. End‑to‑End Proposal Execution

• Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.

2. Content Assembly & Compliance

• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
• Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Identify gaps or risks and escalation appropriately.

3. Process & Quality Management

• Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
• Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.

4. Tools & Documentation

• Use proposal management and document tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Partner with Sales on proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Salary Band - Proposal Manager: PLN 160K -245K. Salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience level.
