About the Role

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Project Manager to support the delivery and coordination of projects across the European region, with a particular focus on the Netherlands and Romania.

In this role, you will coordinate people and external partners, support day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and vendors. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues and partners across Europe and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across European projects, with a focus on the Netherlands and Romania.
• Manage and coordinate team members involved in assigned projects.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including the Dutch EOR provider.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and support timely resolution.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project planning, reporting and documentation.
• Escalate issues when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Work closely with colleagues in Europe and China to ensure efficient project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, International Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination or a similar role.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating projects in Europe or with European-based teams, clients or vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience working with internal teams, external vendors or other business partners.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues and drive them to resolution.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
• Fluent Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
