Job summary

Toppan Digital Language in Poland is seeking Localization Project Managers to lead and/or support relationship building and project delivery for clients in regulated industries and government sectors, including financial services, legal, life sciences, healthcare, and market insights. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Qualifications

• University degree in translation, languages, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English.
• German reading/writing at B1-B2 level.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from inception to completion.
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
• Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
• Work closely and diligently with Vendor Management, Operations and Business Development teams.
• Ensure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.

Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from inception to completion

Qualifications And Experience

• University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience
• Fluent English
• Good German language skills, particularly in reading and writing (B1-B2 level)
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
