ThunderSoft is seeking a Chinese-speaking Project Manager to coordinate European projects, with a focus on the Netherlands and Romania. You will align internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth delivery across Europe and China.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong organization, and fluency in Chinese and English. A remote working model is offered with a preference for Warsaw or Cracow in Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating projects in Europe.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across European projects, focusing on the Netherlands and Romania.
• Manage and coordinate project teams and external partners.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers, including Dutch EOR.
• Ensure clear communication between internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Support project planning, reporting and documentation.
