The opportunity
We are looking for Supervising Associate – Assistant/Associate Manager. As part of this team, you will enable complex projects, delivering consistency and high‑quality services to stakeholders including onshore Assistants or Associate Directors across verticals and business segments.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the project management of the regional rollout of new digital tools and technologies and monitor delivery against scope, timing, budget and standards.
- Work as an important part of a small, remote and diverse project team, coordinating deployment with counterparts in our global and country‑based project teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to understand the different products as they are rolled out to global and local teams.
- Proactively track changing requirements, project scope and organizational change. Identify impacts to timelines, adapt plans and communicate regular reporting on progress status.
- Support the development of governance processes, oversee their implementation, track and report on project status, identify trends and elevate potential concerns.
- Attend and actively participate in regular virtual project meetings, take clear and concise minutes, manage action logs and follow up with owners, and manage logistics for internal meetings, video conferences and workshops.
- Create and publish project and system documentation and proactively handle recurring administrative processes.
Skills and attributes for success
Minimum 8+ years of corporate experience, ideally in a large multinational organization, with 4+ years of core PM domain experience.
- Experience in a coordinating function for medium‑to‑large implementation projects.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including proven organization and time management skills.
- Experience setting up Project Governance frameworks.
- Experience with digital/web implementation projects.
- Strong organizational skills and structured thinking.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, digital content management and site analytics systems is a strong benefit.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail, a proactive approach, and absolute integrity.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal; clear and concise communication with colleagues at all levels. Strong English language skills; other relevant languages are beneficial.
- Proven track record of delivering results through cross‑functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Some awareness of professional services is nice to have.
