We are looking for a Test Engineer to support field validation and interoperability activities for mobile communication technologies in Poland for our client – a leading global mobile device manufacturer headquartered in China. This role combines technical testing, on‑site coordination and cross‑functional collaboration within an international telecom environment.
Warsaw, Poland
On‑site
- Support communication protocol testing for mobile terminals across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NR) technologies.
- Prepare test plans and execute field testing activities.
- Perform on‑site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Compile structured test reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with infrastructure vendors and operators regarding interoperability topics.
- Support issue triage and follow‑up with R&D and system teams.
- Provide on‑site operational and technical support when required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in telecom field testing, mobile networks or terminal validation (experience level flexible).
- Understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies.
- Experience working with operators or infrastructure vendors is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
