Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-to-large projects and ensure delivery within policy, quality standards, budgets and schedules. You will support management with team development and process improvement, potentially overseeing a portfolio and reporting to CEO/COO alongside Product Owner.

The role is full-time at our Cracow office with flexible hours and a salary plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to define requirements, develop project plans, manage project budgets and deadlines, and report on post-project success and gap analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/technical skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach, intuitive, and responsive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team and establish the project execution strategy. Oversee project handover, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to meet all project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, measure, and control project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are recognized and pursued.
  • Utilize advanced project scheduling methods to proactively manage schedule risks and prevent potential future schedule deviations that could impact on-time delivery.
  • Lead project team members to meet project requirements, deliverables, and achieve the committed project result.
  • Document and share lessons learned throughout the project to ensure future projects' successful execution.
  • Take an active role in continuous improvement and simplification, providing leadership where necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively with all involved parties.
  • Identify and plan all required document deliverables for the scope of work, incorporating them into the overall project plan and schedule.

Job description

As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Reality Games policy, quality standards, financial targets, and schedule commitments. You will support the management in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution. You may also carry accountability for a portfolio of projects. In this, you will directly report to the management (CEO and COO) and closely work with the Product Owner.

This is a full-time role based in our Cracow, Poland office.

Your duties:
