Job summary

ThunderSoft in Warsaw (and Cracow) is seeking a Chinese-speaking Project Manager to support delivery and coordination of projects across the European region. This on-site role requires Mandarin and English proficiency and a background in project management.

You will plan, monitor and control scope, schedule and costs, act as the daily contact for specialists, coordinate onboarding and invoicing with external payroll providers, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across Europe, China and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management or related operational role.
• Experience delivering projects with clients or external partners.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and fluent English are essential for coordination with HQ and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of European projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as daily contact for specialists deployed on client engagements across Europe.
• Coordinate onboarding, invoicing, and changes with external payroll providers.
• Track project costs, monitor vendor spend, report risks and blockers.
• Ensure project documentation and SOPs are maintained and improved.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across sales, technical, operations, and support.
• Resolve issues quickly and conduct post-event reviews to improve delivery.
• Travel within Europe occasionally.
