Job summary

Reply is seeking a skilled professional in Katowice to manage projects and accounts across a portfolio, driving customer success and data-driven improvements. You will coordinate milestones, monitor adoption, and ensure value delivery while collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 3+ years in PM/BA or related fields, strong analytical ability, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills.
• Able to learn new tools quickly and work across business systems.

• Produce regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health and interpret the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and working with customers so they get full value from what they have bought
• Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements
• Supporting the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• Three or more years experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills.
• Confident working across business systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, well organised and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision, and to work effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
