Job summary

Reply Group is hiring for a role focused on project management, account management, and business analysis. You will track delivery milestones, act as the primary contact for key customers, and ensure customers gain full value from our solutions.

Responsibilities include supporting the commercial cycle, owning data quality across core systems, and delivering regular management reports. A hybrid/remote setup with weekly office visits is available.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Able to work across business systems and learn new tools quickly.
• Hybrid or remote work with at least one office visit per week.

Job description

• Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and working with customers so they get full value from what they have bought.
• Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements.
• Supporting the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting.
• Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management.
• Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• At least three years of experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident working across business systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, well organised and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision, and to work effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
