Job summary

Reply Group in Katowice is seeking a Frontend/Fullstack Developer to build modern web apps using Java 21, React and TypeScript. You will collaborate with business stakeholders in an agile environment, contributing across frontend and backend tasks.

You will participate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and meet your team monthly in the Katowice office to plan and discuss progress. Strong English and Polish communication are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with React.
• Experience with object-oriented software development in Java.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with code testing and quality assurance practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish; German is a plus.
