Job summary

Reply specializes in designing and implementing Data & AI solutions for European clients. The Client Engagement & Advisory role partners with mid-sized to large enterprises, translating business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

The role covers solution design, governance and collaboration with C-level stakeholders, with a hybrid work model in Katowice and a strong emphasis on continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field with technical/business focus.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for data-driven models and governance.
• Ability to align Data & AI with business objectives and transformation.
• Very good knowledge of English, Polish and German at least B2.
• Hybrid work with at least 2 visits to Katowice office per month.
• For senior level: +5 years consulting or project experience in Data & AI, governance, or digital transformation.
• For senior level: Proven track record in developing and implementing data & AI strategies.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Client Engagement & Advisory. Advise clients from mid-sized companies to large enterprises on their Data & AI transformation journey, working with stakeholders up to C-level to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Solution Design & Implementation. Capture business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Data & AI strategies and initiatives, from initial vision and pilots to scalable solutions and operating models. Take on project management responsibilities including requirements engineering and process optimization.
• Innovation & Knowledge Leadership. Drive expertise in emerging topics like GenAI, Data & AI Governance, and EU AI Act while contributing to the team's knowledge base and evolution of our Data & AI Advisory portfolio.
• Teamwork & Communication.Collaborate in cross-functional teams while presenting strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders, taking on increasing responsibility based on experience level from task coordination to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline with a technical or business focus.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills: Ability to derive insights and advise on data-driven business models, governance processes, and innovative Data & AI technologies.
• Ability to understand how Data & AI support businessobjectives: Interest inData & AI strategy, use case discovery, governance, and digital transformation.
• Very good knowledge of English, Polish and German (at least B2 level).
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 2 visits to the office in Katowice per month.
• For senior-level positions:+5 years of relevant consulting or project experience in areas such as Data & AI, data platforms, analytics, IT strategy, data governance, or digital transformation.
• For senior-level positions:Proven track record in developing and implementing data and AI strategies, including governance, operating models, or transformation programs.

Nice to have:

• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments and familiarity with agile methodologies and project/program management practices (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2), or data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with emerging topics such as Generative AI and Data Governance with motivation to deepen expertise.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Scala), or BI tools.
