Job summary

Reply Group in Poland seeks a capable professional to manage cross-functional delivery, oversee milestones, and keep stakeholders informed while strengthening relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.

You will monitor product adoption, analyze business processes, support the commercial cycle with quotations and renewals analysis, and ensure data quality across CRM and order systems. Hybrid work option with weekly office visits is available.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technology-related subject such as computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
• Three or more years experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw practical conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish communication.
• Confident across business systems and quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented, well organized and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision in a distributed team.
• Hybrid or remote work with at least 1 weekly office visit.

• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and working with customers so they get full value from what they have bought
• Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements
• Supporting the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting, Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management, Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show

• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
