Reply in Katowice seeks a marketing automation specialist to support clients in deploying tools such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, Braze, Salesforce or Microsoft. You will configure and maintain marketing automation workflows—lead nurturing, scoring, triggers, and list segmentation—and contribute to frontend designs for emails, landing pages, forms, surveys, blogs, and more.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, marketing or digital media design.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in IT consulting or agency.
• First experience in project and requirements management desirable.
• Very good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and, optionally programming languages (PHP).
• Very good communication in Polish and English and willingness to travel.

• Supporting clients in the implementation, use and optimisation of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, Braze, Salesforce or Microsoft
• Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows - lead nurturing, scoring models, campaign triggers, and list segmentation - in one of the tools mentioned above
• Development and implementation of front-end designs for all use cases (emails, landing pages, forms, surveys, blogs, etc) within the project
• Good knowledge of use of LLMs for different tasks such as testing, coding and writing
• Collaboration in the development of apps for the Marketing Cloud Tools
