Job summary

Reply Group in Poland seeks a senior frontend/fullstack developer to design, build, and maintain applications using Java, TypeScript, React, and Material UI.

You will implement components with JSX/TSX, Hooks, and state management, work across the stack, mentor peers, and participate in code reviews within an Agile team. Monthly meetings occur at the Katowice office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend or fullstack development experience.
• Experience with Java object-oriented backend development.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of React, Material UI, JSX/TSX, hooks, and state management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Strong software architecture and design pattern knowledge.
• Ability to identify risks and help the team meet goals.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish; German is a plus.
• University degree in computer science or IT-related field.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer.
• Experience with object-oriented software development in Java.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design.
• Ability to identify risks, proactively address challenges, and support the team in achieving project goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and support developers at different experience levels.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Communication skills in German is a plus.
• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
