Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive lifecycle, stability, and continuous improvement of business-critical IT products. You will bridge business stakeholders, Information Compliance, and technical teams to ensure value delivery while meeting security and compliance requirements.

You will manage lifecycle, support roadmap execution, and oversee change and release activities with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

5 years of commercial experience in managing IT products.
ITIL/ITSM, SRA frameworks, Service Management, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban).
Fluent Change Management experience.
Knowledge of Corporate Identity Management concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT applications, ensuring stability and optimization.
Serve as primary operational contact with stakeholders and Information Compliance.
Authorize key operational documentation including runbooks.
Plan and oversee changes and releases to maintain business continuity and deployment safety.
Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners on releases and milestones.
Create and maintain System Risk Assessments aligned with Legal and Compliance.
