Cencora is seeking a Product Owner to understand customer needs and business objectives and to deliver a successful product through the development team's leadership, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager's roadmap and delivering value to patients and providers.

You will work with the UX, engineering and other stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized features, manage backlogs, define user journeys, and drive high-quality experiences in pharmaceutical software while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing requirements analysis and writing specification documents.
• Experience delivering products using agile development methodologies.
• Data-driven approach to translate data into user stories and product strategy.
• Understanding of market personas and their challenges.
• Able to write user journeys and stories with quality standards.

• Lead cross-functional product delivery with development, engineering and internal teams.
• Identify customer problems and coordinate groups to meet needs and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, UX and stakeholders.
• Manage scope to timescales and budget.
• Represent users in all digital product decisions.
• Prioritize features and requirements from stakeholders by business value.
• Define user journeys and translate needs into clear backlog items.
• Maintain a concise backlog of User Stories and Bugs balancing business and technical debt.
• Facilitate product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Produce testable User Stories meeting the definition of ready.
