Job summary

Astek Polska sp. z o.o. is currently seeking a Product Owner for a life sciences client in Warsaw. You will manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring operational stability, coordinating releases, and collaborating with global stakeholders.

You will lead IT changes, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and drive process improvements while leveraging ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience in IT Application Management or IT Service Management.
• Proven experience with end-to-end application lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Request, Change).
• Experience in release planning, change coordination and operational risk management.
• Knowledge of IT security, IAM, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) and PI Planning.
• Able to collaborate with Product Owners, development teams and global stakeholders.
• Experience in L2/L3 support, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage full application lifecycle, ensuring stability, performance and continuous optimization.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Product Owners, IT teams, and Information Compliance stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and approve IT changes and application releases, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners on release planning and PI Planning activities.
• Conduct System Risk Assessments (SRA) in line with security, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management, authentication assets, password vaults, and adherence to security policies.
• Coordinating L2/L3 support teams, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and ensuring effective incident resolution.
• Managing Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management processes in ServiceNow.
• Reviewing and approving system runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Maintaining Knowledge Base articles and team documentation in ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
