Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, is seeking an IT Project Manager for a remote, B2B contract project. You will lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise transformation spanning global sites, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and complex workflows.

The role requires 5–7+ years in software projects within pharma or healthcare, strong Agile/Waterfall skills, and the ability to engage executives.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the IT delivery for the company initiative, an enterprise transformation designed to provide a unified, user-centric workplace experience across global sites. The initiative establishes a combined digital platform model that integrates enterprise discovery with specialized operational capabilities.

Key Strategic Objectives

• The central entry point serves as the trusted front door for global search, content, and common navigation.
• The execution layer manages complex transactional workflows, real-time data processing, and hardware-integrated site capabilities.
• The architecture connects these environments through Single Sign-On, direct deep links, and selective user interface components rather than constructing a monolithic application.

IT Scope and Technical Capabilities

• Workplace capabilities including desk booking, meeting room availability supported by spatial and sensor data, site maps, and asset maintenance ticketing.
• Site services and amenities integration, encompassing digital food and beverage programs, badge consumption, and site bookings.
• Core technology operations involving identity management, IoT and sensor data pipelines, calendar integrations, and backend service interfaces.

Requirements

• End-to-end technical delivery between the central intranet portal and site execution platforms, coordinating multi-site release waves, system testing, and interface configurations.
• Lead the integration of workplace and site capabilities combining spatial/sensor IoT pipelines, Single Sign-On (SSO), calendar systems, and operational workflows (e.g., desk/room booking, asset maintenance, site amenities).
• 5–7+ years of proven track record leading business-critical, multi-track software projects and virtual teams across global sites in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Deep practical understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks with the ability to pivot roles (Project Manager, Squad Lead, Scrum Master) based on project and team needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage executive stakeholders, evaluate trade-offs, drive alignment, and foster collaborative partnerships across IT and business units.
• Solid background in Computerized System Validation (CSV) within regulated environments, coupled with strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
