Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, is seeking an IT Project Manager for a remote, B2B contract project. You will lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise transformation spanning global sites, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and complex workflows.

The role requires 5–7+ years in software projects within pharma or healthcare, strong Agile/Waterfall skills, and the ability to engage executives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading multi-track software projects across global sites.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare industry.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery expertise.
• Ability to pivot roles (PM, Squad Lead, Scrum Master).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executives.
• Solid background in CSV and Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery for an enterprise transformation across global sites.
• Coordinate multi-site release waves, testing, and interface configurations.
• Drive integration of workplace capabilities (SSO, calendar systems, desk/room booking).
• Manage executive stakeholders and align IT with business objectives.
