Cencora is looking for a Product Owner to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and to lead a cross-functional team through a successful delivery cycle. You will align with the roadmap, ensure excellent user experience, and drive customer satisfaction across software products.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and stakeholders, manage scope, and maintain a principled backlog while balancing business value, security, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1+ years' experience as Product Owner/Manager/Business Analyst.
• Experience using AI tools and Generative AI.
• Experience with pharmaceutical software, eTMFs, Pharmacovigilance and/or Regulatory Affairs tooling preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional product delivery with development, engineering and internal teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the roadmap.
• Identify customer problems and establish working groups to deliver products that meet needs and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, UX team and stakeholders.
• Manage scope to timescales and budget.
• Represent users in digital product decisions.
• Collect, manage and prioritise features and requirements from stakeholders by business value.
• Define user journeys and translate needs into prioritised product requirements.
• Maintain a concise backlog of User Stories and Bugs balancing business needs with technical debt and security.
• Facilitate demonstrations and feedback sessions, including sprint demos.
• Produce testable User Stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Ensure well-documented non-functional requirements and account for configuration options and defaults.
• Ensure requirements consider application security and regulatory guidelines.
• Use Generative AI to create User and Functional requirements when appropriate.
