Seargin is seeking an experienced AI Delivery & MLOps Manager to oversee the delivery and operationalization of AI products across enterprise environments. The role merges AI program management, MLOps/LLMOps, production operations, governance, and cross‑functional leadership to move AI solutions from experimentation into reliable production.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, establish CI/CD for AI workloads, drive production readiness, monitor reliability, and track KPIs to quantify business

Formación

• Proven experience in AI Delivery, AI Program Management, or Enterprise AI transformation.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes and release management for AI/ML and GenAI workloads.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business functions.
• Strong governance and enterprise delivery framework knowledge.
• Ability to manage transition of AI from PoC/pilot to production.

• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, release planning, and governance across enterprise AI initiatives.
• Drive AI delivery governance and operational excellence with standard processes.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery & MLOps Manager to oversee the delivery and operationalization of AI products and solutions across an enterprise environment. The role combines AI program management, MLOps/LLMOps, production operations, governance, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on moving AI solutions from experimentation into reliable, scalable production.

• Establish and govern CI/CD processes for AI, MLOps, and GenAI workloads, ensuring efficient and controlled releases.
• Drive production readiness and ensure reliable deployment, operational stability, and continuous availability of AI solutions.
• Lead scalability and performance optimization initiatives across AI platforms, services, and production workloads.
• Implement monitoring and operational processes to identify issues, improve reliability, and support continuous service improvement.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and operational metrics, measuring performance, delivery effectiveness, and business value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business teams.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, release planning, and governance across enterprise AI initiatives.
• Drive AI delivery governance and operational excellence, ensuring consistent processes and standards across AI programs.
• Support the transition of AI solutions from experimentation and pilot phases into sustainable production operations, ensuring appropriate technical and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI Delivery, AI Program Management, or Enterprise AI transformation.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps principles and production AI environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD processes and release management for AI/ML and GenAI workloads.
• Experience managing production operations and ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional and international teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business functions.
• Strong experience in risk, dependency, and release management.
• Ability to manage the transition of AI solutions from PoC/pilot to production.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience defining and tracking delivery KPIs, operational metrics, and business value.
