Job summary

XTB Poland is seeking a Product Manager for Smart Invest to shape product vision, define KPIs, and drive delivery across fintech domains. You will validate ideas with data and coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure compliant, market-ready launches.

Demonstrated fintech product management experience and a strong grasp of regulated equities markets are essential. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in investing and financial markets.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets with equities.
• Product management experience in fintech is a plus.
• Experience using AI-based tools in product work.
• Familiarity with tech trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile and web apps.
• Experience defining business requirements and PRDs; collaboration with product teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset.
• High autonomy and self-starter attitude.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and define KPIs aligned with area goals.
• Translate vision into concrete steps for the development team.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and tech departments for launches.
• Partner with Engineering Team Lead to deliver features.
• Use data to justify decisions and avoid guesswork.
