XTB online investing in Warsaw seeks an experienced Head of Institutional Sales to lead a compact team and drive liquidity sales for financial instruments. You will oversee client services and coordinate marketing initiatives in a dynamic fintech setting.

A strong track record in B2B financial sales and leadership is required, with deep knowledge of financial markets and related products. The role offers exposure to international markets and a fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in liquidity sales to institutions and brokers.
• Strong leadership skills or experience managing sales/support teams.
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets, competition, and key products (CFDs, Options, Crypto).
• Proven track record in B2B financial sales.
