Job summary

XTB Poland is seeking a Product Manager for Smart Invest to shape product vision, define KPIs, and drive delivery across fintech domains. You will validate ideas with data and coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure compliant, market-ready launches.

Demonstrated fintech product management experience and a strong grasp of regulated equities markets are essential. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
