XTB, a global investment company, is looking for a Product Manager (Smart Invest) in Poland. You will shape the product vision, define KPIs, and prioritize customer value while collaborating with legal, risk, marketing and engineering.

You will translate strategy into concrete tasks for the development team, rely on data and research rather than guesswork, and drive a successful product launch. The role offers remote work from Warsaw or a coworking space, with a strong fintech orientation.

Formación

• Essential experience in investing and financial markets.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, especially equities.
• Product management experience, fintech is a plus.
• Openness to using AI-based tools in daily PM work.
• Familiarity with SaaS, mobile and web apps.
• Experience defining business requirements and PRD.
• Strong data analysis and analytical mindset.
• Autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• You are responsible for shaping the product: defining the future vision and selecting KPIs that align with the area and company goals.
• The client is your top priority - you validate your intuition through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• You operationalize the product vision: you translate the vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
• You manage collaboration with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, marketing, and technical departments supporting product development: you coordinate actions to ensure a successful product launch.
• You partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
• You navigate the world of metrics smoothly, justify your decisions using numbers and facts, and avoid guesswork ("I think" or "it seems to me").

Requirements

• Essential experience, whether personal or professional, in investing and financial markets.
• Very strong understanding of regulated markets, with a particular focus on equities/stocks.
• Product management experience (fintech experience is a plus).
• Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
• Experience defining business requirements, creating product requirements documentation (PRD), and executing them alongside the product team.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset toward product development.
• High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
