Job summary

XTB online investing is seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute a strategic product vision for fintech solutions. You will validate ideas through user research, translate strategy into concrete tasks, and coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and engineering teams to drive successful launches.

You will work with cross-functional, agile teams, leverage data to justify decisions, and apply AI-based tools to daily PM work while staying aware of evolving technology trends in ecommerce, SaaS,

Qualifications

• Essential experience in investing and financial markets.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, especially equities.
• Product management experience in fintech is a plus.
• Willingness to use AI-based tools in daily PM work.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS, mobile and web apps.
• Experience defining business requirements and PRD with product teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and analytical mindset.
• Autonomy and proactive attitude.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and select KPIs aligned with goals.
• Prioritize and validate product decisions through research and customer feedback.
• Translate vision into concrete tasks for development teams.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and tech departments to ensure launches.
• Partner with Engineering Team Lead.
• Make data-driven decisions with metrics and evidence.
