Job summary

XTB S.A. is seeking a Product Manager to shape the product vision across fintech platforms and drive KPI-based decisions. You will work with legal, risk, marketing, and engineering teams to plan features and launches while grounding decisions in customer insights.

The role emphasizes independence, data-driven thinking, and agile collaboration, with remote options from Warsaw or other cities. You will partner with engineering leadership to deliver impactful fintech experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management (fintech experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of new technology trends, AI solutions, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
• Building products and features based on KPI-driven goals and data analysis.
• High attentiveness to customer needs and experience in conducting the product discovery phase.
• Experience in creating business requirements and executing them alongside the product team.
• Experience and ability to conduct business and system analysis, as well as process automation.
• Practical experience in facilitating workshop-based meetings to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• High level of independence and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience working with a cross-functional, agile team.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work.
• Personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product by defining the future vision and KPIs aligned with area and company goals.
• Validate intuition through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Operationalize the product vision by translating it into concrete steps for the development team.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, and technical departments to support product development.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead to ensure successful product launches.
• Use metrics to justify decisions with numbers and facts.
