Job summary

XTB online investing in Warsaw seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects across multiple teams and external vendors, spanning 1-2 months to 1-2 years.

You will own roadmaps, manage risks, organize workflows, and report statuses to executives, using Jira, BI and DB data to improve processes.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years as PM, Prince2 or PMP certification, English at C1 level, and offers remote or office-based work in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years as PM.
• Strong fintech domain knowledge and technical background.
• PM certification (Prince2 or PMP).
• Experience with agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end IT projects across multiple teams and vendors.
• Create and update project roadmaps; own goals and documentation.
• Set up communication channels, approvals, checkpoints and standards.
• Identify and manage risks; remove blockers to delivery.
• Lead workshops; report statuses to stakeholders.
• Develop processes using data from Jira, BI and databases.
