You’ll work with stakeholders, handle inquiries, and help improve processes while developing Excel and communication skills in a global, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to Aravo users via ServiceNow, email, Teams, and calls.
• Monitor onboarding progress and data changes with owners to shorten timelines.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to appropriate areas.
• Review internal docs for accuracy and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to small improvement projects.
• Collaborate to resolve technical issues with team support.
