Job summary

Biogen in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Procurement Analyst within the Global Real Estate, Engineering & Facilities (GREEF) team. You will support end-to-end sourcing, contract execution, and compliance with procurement policies, using MS Excel and AI tools to analyze data and drive supplier performance.

You will collaborate with the Procurement Analytics & Insights team, update project tracking tools, and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality sourcing and contracting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in procurement or sourcing roles with RFx and contract management.
• Advanced skills with MS Excel and AI applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end GREEF category requests and ensure compliance.
• Perform category data analysis including RFx proposals, scorecards, and supplier KPIs.
• Assist Category Managers with spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking surveys.
• Support category-specific sourcing events including RFx execution and negotiation.
• Execute RFx events from CDA through award and evaluate proposals.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management and ensure accurate documentation.
