Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Purchasing Intern to support day-to-day supply chain activities in Poland. You will assist procurement, inventory control, and planning while collaborating with Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Ideal candidates are final-year Bachelor’s students with basic analytical skills, strong communication, and MS Excel proficiency. The program is 3 months, 20 hours per week, with hybrid work options and a focus on learning procurement and KPI

Qualifications

• Basic analytical skills and ability to make simple, well reasoned judgments in straightforward situations.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Supporting inventory tracking and control activities.
• Helping with purchase planning and material availability checks.
• Collaborating with Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assisting in maintaining and tracking KPIs related to purchasing and Vendor delivery performance (OTIF).
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material movement and process efficiency.
• Helping communicate customer needs across the organization to ensure alignment.
