Job summary

The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre is hiring a Procurement Development Manager to oversee dashboards, KPI reporting and control tower outputs, ensuring data-driven decisions and alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead process mapping, change management and adoption of digital procurement tools across a global stakeholder network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement transformation and service delivery with some experience in procurement technology operations, analytics, process and/or change management.
• Deep expertise in leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Ivalua, with strong ERP integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and procurement Control Tower outputs.
• Coordinate data governance, policy adherence, and audit readiness across capability areas.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving initiatives to reduce waste and cycle time.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing procurement team and drive adoption of digital tools.
