Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a Procurement Development Manager to oversee operational delivery across capability areas including dashboards, analytics, data governance and procurement systems. You will lead teams and ensure services meet strategic direction.

This hands-on leader works in a fast-paced environment, collaborates with global stakeholders, drives process improvements and uses Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement transformation and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and procurement output to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with procurement teams to align service delivery with strategic objectives.
• Ensure adherence to data standards and governance across capability areas.
• Coordinate process mapping, documentation, and change management activities.
• Support system maintenance and user training for digital procurement tools.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and cycle time in procurement processes.
• Deliver high complexity and impactful projects.
• Manage transition of new procurement services with stakeholder adoption.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team.
