Rolls‑Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks a hands-on Procurement Operations Manager to lead and optimise procurement services, covering e-Sourcing, Purchasing, Invoice Resolution, Channel Enablement, Helpdesk, Contract Administration and Supplier Maintenance.

You will manage day‑to‑day operations, monitor SLAs/KPIs, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with global stakeholders to strengthen supplier relationships and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing and contract management within a global organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Procurement Operations execution and optimisation.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools and process automation.
• Experience leading transformation projects and driving process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of procurement operations specialists; set priorities, manage capacity, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee execution of Contract Admin, Purchasing, Invoice Resolution, Channel Enablement, Helpdesk and Supplier Maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding, training, and engagement throughout operations processes.
• Partner with global Group Procurement and GBS teams to align operational execution with goals and objectives.
• Build strong supplier relationships to drive innovation, sustainability and performance improvement.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing, contracting and purchasing processes, tools, and templates.
