Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a Process & Change Analyst to drive adoption of indirect procurement processes and systems, delivering change management plans and training materials. You will map workflows, identify improvements, and collaborate across procurement teams to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

The role focuses on supporting global process owners, optimizing user experiences, and delivering governance‑driven changes within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or business analysis within procurement or shared services.
• Hands‑on experience with process mapping, documentation and optimisation.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Experience in continuous improvement and change impact related projects.
• Exposure to procurement systems and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking for Indirect and GBS Procurement Operations and Services initiatives.
• Create clear, engaging, audience‑specific communication materials for process and system changes.
• Develop and maintain training materials for technology‑driven initiatives and support delivery.
• Document workflows, update process maps, and support optimisation initiatives for Indirect Procurement and GBS Procurement.
• Monitor progress against change plans, report adoption metrics, and escalate risks or issues.
• Work with procurement teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Maintain documentation for audits and governance standards.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, or barriers within processes and practices.
• Generate and gather improvement ideas, coach team members on improvement tools/techniques.
• Conduct weekly review board meetings and create benefit realisation reports.
• Support high complexity Green/Black belt projects.
