Job summary

W Electric Poland LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team of buyers and procurement specialists. You will manage end-to-end procurement processes, drive efficiency, and oversight of delivery performance from requisition to delivery on time and in full.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong English skills, and experience with SAP-MM and Ariba. This is a hybrid position with two days in the office in Krakow.

Qualifications

• BA in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
• 5+ years supply chain experience.
• Experience managing a diverse team to achieve targets.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of SAP-MM and Ariba, or equivalent ERP.
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes (P2P).
• Data analytics skills with SAP-BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals including buyers and data entry staff.
• Oversee order management and delivery management from requisition to PO to delivery.
• Ensure service levels and budgets meet department needs.
• Collaborate with other Supply Chain teams to close operational gaps and improve Shared Services performance.
• Communicate with management globally to support customer service needs and resolve issues.
