Job summary

Runway is seeking a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own pricing across self-serve to enterprise, and to build a company-wide pricing framework used by product, finance, research and GTM. You’ll drive pricing experiments, design cost-to-serve models, and shape contracts to maximize revenue and margins.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and readiness for a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Remote-friendly with global reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across pricing, monetization, strategy, or strategic finance.
• 5+ years directly owning pricing and packaging decisions.
• Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing.
• Experience across self-serve and sales-led motions.
• Fluent in pricing experiments, willingness-to-pay research, and cohort analysis; SQL and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Own self-serve pricing & packaging: define plan ladder, credits, and regional pricing; run experiments with Growth and Data.
• Build the path to enterprise: design triggers, workspace constructs, seat models, and contracts; provide pricing playbooks.
• Create a company-wide pricing framework: publish pricing principles and run pricing council with Product, Finance, Research, and GTM.
• Price our models: set launch pricing and evolve pricing as costs change.
• Own third-party model economics: set credit pricing and margins; monitor competitive pricing.
• Keep pricing changes trustworthy: communicate changes clearly in-product and in FAQs.
• Build the team: hire and lead pricing once the scope grows.
