Job summary

n8n is seeking a Pricing Leader to own the analytical foundation for pricing, connecting unit economics, cost-to-serve, willingness-to-pay, and margin across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise channels. You’ll design packaging and pricing for AI-native offerings, lead cross-functional decisions, and rollout major changes globally, working with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy with at least one major pricing model transition.
• Designed and rolled out consumption- or AI-native pricing at a company with high ARR.
• Led both self-serve and Enterprise pricing motions across funnels.
• Built financial models and reasoned about unit economics, cost-to-serve, margin, and willingness-to-pay.
• Collaborated with Billing on invoicing, dunning, true-ups, and disputes.
• Demonstrated empathy for technical users and buyers in pricing decisions.
• Created packaging frameworks used by product teams independent of you.
• Influenced Product, Finance, Sales, CS, Engineering, and Billing to align on commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the analytical foundation connecting unit economics, costs, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models; shape packaging for community, self-serve, and Enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional pricing decisions and roll out major changes end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, guardrails, and governance for discounts and usage-based billing.
