Docplanner is seeking a Senior Pricing professional to lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, starting with Brazil. You will own the ARPU target, propose pricing moves, and collaborate with global and local teams to roll out data-driven pricing strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing for SaaS or marketplaces, strong data skills with SQL and Google Sheets, and excellent English. Remote in Brazil with global benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
• Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions
• Thorough with data. You back conclusions with numbers.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you know when to stop analyzing and start testing
• Ability to explain complex numbers simply
• SQL good enough to pull your own data
• Strong Google Sheets skills
• Professional English, comfortable in meetings and writing (B2 or above)
• Degree in economics, math, business, or similar

Responsabilidades

• Own the ARPU target for the segment and drive pricing outcomes
• Move ARPU through pricing moves and market-specific adjustments
• Spot pricing opportunities across the marketplace and advocate for them
• Own pricing recommendations to GTM leadership and defend trade-offs
• Drive alignment across sales, local commercial and global teams on pricing calls
• Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data
• Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves
• Maintain country price lists in internal systems
