Responsibilities

• Provide proactive user helpdesk services for inbound customer requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; perform software distribution; create/update tickets.
• Use remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues per procedure and inform customer of next steps.
• Monitor and update tickets and knowledge management systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
