SIX Global Business Solutions, located in the center of Warsaw, is seeking a motivated 1st Level Support Agent to join the global Service Desk team and support SIX colleagues worldwide in using digital workspace.

You will interact with users in German and English, handle inquiries about the Microsoft Office suite, Citrix, and related IT services, and participate in onboarding and trainings. The role offers hybrid work with some on-site tasks in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• German and English proficiency are essential.
• Experience in customer service handling technical and non-technical users is preferred.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Act as 1st Level Support Agent answering questions regarding digital workplace via telephone or central ticketing platform from internal customers worldwide.
• Resolve issues related to ordering portal, Microsoft Office Package and Office 365, Citrix, network connectivity, and printing.
• Potential back-office tasks such as updating knowledge base, drafting communications for end users, training coworkers, and contributing to change management and security checks.
• Provide onsite support for users in Warsaw and assist local requests.
