Job summary

Root Global is seeking a freelancer to support our Polish-speaking customers on a project basis. After onboarding, you will run virtual trainings and assist customers through key phases of our platform, with low and irregular hours designed for professionals juggling multiple commitments.

This role is remote and flexible, focusing on data collection workflows, onboarding, and ensuring data quality while acting as the primary Polish-speaking contact.

Qualifications

• Native Polish required (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing operations in a B2B SaaS context.
• Comfortable delivering virtual trainings (webinars, workshops).
• Self-organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run virtual trainings with Polish-speaking customers (onboarding and workflows).
• Support customer projects during data collection phases, ensuring quality and completion.
• Act as the primary Polish-speaking contact, guiding users and communicating value of the platform.
• Flag risks and opportunities to the Customer Success team, including churn signals and feedback.
