Job summary

Proforto is seeking a Polish-market customer service lead to set up and operate our Polish customer service from day one, while supporting Danish and Swedish customers in English. You will be the Polish voice, working with an experienced Nijmegen-based team to learn and scale our local service.

You’ll build templates, FAQs, and a tone of voice for Polish customers, answer inquiries across channels, and advise on boots, safety, and compliance. Remote or Nijmegen options available.

Qualifications

• Polish at native level, written and spoken.
• Professional English; able to advise customers in writing and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer Polish customers by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and social.
• Aid Danish and Swedish customers in English alongside Polish market.
• Provide real advice on safety boots, certifications and team needs.
• Explain Polish market to Proforto teams and customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing/logistics/personalisation teams when needed.
• Build the Polish service toolkit with templates and FAQs.
