Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Polish.
• Handle user questions across active projects.
• Help users resolve common issues related to projects, products, or services.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up on cases until users receive a complete answer or solution.
• Identify recurring questions, issues and user pain points.
• Collect and share customer feedback with Nestium.
• Learn specifics of each new project quickly.
• Help create and improve FAQs, internal guidelines and response templates.
• Maintain a professional, clear and friendly communication style.
