Job summary

WW Talents in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for the Polish market, including initial contact, demos, and subscription closes. The role is hybrid with onboarding on-site in Madrid.

You must be native or bilingual in Polish and English, reside in Spain (no relocation support), and bring 1–6 years in outbound roles. Expect 80–100 calls per day and KPI-driven performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Polish.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Must already reside in Spain (no relocation support provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close
• Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription
• Utilize system-assigned leads effectively
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
